Constellation Cold Logistics announces rebranding of ACS&T

Constellation Cold Logistics (“Constellation” or the “Company”), a leading European cold storage and logistics provider, announces today the rebranding of Associated Cold Stores & Transport Limited (ACS&T) to fall within the Constellation UK brand.

ACS&T was acquired by Constellation in January 2023. The transaction was cleared by the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) on 20 June 2023, closing the merger inquiry that was launched earlier this year.

The announcement follows the rebranding of our UK subsidiary, formerly HSH Coldstores, on 5 May 2023.
