Constellation Cold Logistics announces completion of rebranding of all subsidiaries to Constellation

Constellation Cold Logistics (“Constellation” or the “Company”), a leading European cold storage and logistics provider, announces today the rebranding of all remaining subsidiary companies:

• Glacio AS (“Glacio”) in Norway and its Swedish subsidiary Göteborgs Fryshus AB (“Göteborgs Fryshus”) to Constellation Cold Logistics Nordics
• Vrieshuis Lagemaat B.V. (“Lagemaat”) to Constellation Cold Logistics Netherlands
• Koel- en Vrieshuis Lintelo B.V. (“Lintelo”) to Constellation Cold Logistics Netherlands
• Stockhabo BVBA (“Stockhabo”) and all its subsidiaries to Constellation Cold Logistics Belgium & France

The rebranding follows the announcement, on 25 April, of Constellation’s brand refresh and the re-branding of all subsidiary companies to the Constellation brand during 2023, and the subsequent rebranding of HSH Coldstores and ACS&T Logistics in the UK to Constellation Cold Logistics UK.
