Constellation Cold Logistics announces appointment of Xavier Haspeslagh as Chairman, and Geert Liefhooghe as Managing Director of Stockhabo

Constellation Cold Logistics (“Constellation”) announces today the appointment of Xavier Haspeslagh as Chairman of Constellation, and Geert Liefhooghe as Managing Director of Stockhabo, Constellation’s subsidiary in Belgium and France.

Geert will commence his role on 1st June 2023. Formerly Managing Director of DFDS Belgium, Geert brings almost 30 years of logistics experience and has a strong track record of leading successful teams and driving growth. His leadership will facilitate Stockhabo and Constellation’s growth plans over the coming years in both Belgium and France.

Xavier Haspeslagh, founder and current Managing Director of Stockhabo, will transition to the position of Chairman of Constellation. In this new role Xavier will continue to support Geert in addition to working with the wider Constellation team on strategy and growth across Europe.

Xavier Haspeslagh expressed his confidence in Geert’s ability to lead Stockhabo. “Having known Geert for many years, I am confident he is the right person to hand over the leadership of the business to. Geert has the expertise, vision, and leadership skills to take Stockhabo and Constellation to the next phase.”
