Constellation Cold Logistics announces rebranding of HSH Coldstores as Constellation Cold Logistics UK

Constellation Cold Logistics (“Constellation” or the “Company”), a leading European cold storage and logistics provider, announces today the rebranding of its subsidiary HSH Cold Stores Limited (“HSH”) to Constellation Cold Logistics UK.

The rebranding follows the announcement on 25 April of Constellation’s brand refresh and the re-branding of all subsidiary companies to the Constellation brand over the next 12 months.

Anthony Howard, Managing Director of HSH, now Constellation Cold Logistics UK, said “We are excited to launch our new refreshed brand to the market. We are still the same team offering the same great service, prioritising the needs of our customers. Since joining Constellation in 2021, we have benefitted from collaborating with our European partners, and the rebrand will help further strengthen our ties and help us develop additional capabilities to support our customers’ growth.”

HSH is one of the UK’s leading providers of cold storage. The business originated in 1970 as haulage business John T. Howard (Grimsby) Ltd. (run by current Managing Director Anthony Howard’s father). HSH was set up in 2003, and now boasts four state-of-the-art facilities in Grimsby and Redditch with 65,000 pallet positions. HSH acquired ACS&T in January 2023, and the ACS&T business will follow HSH in rebranding as Constellation Cold Logistics UK at a later date.

Constellation is Europe’s leading independent cold storage and logistics provider with approximately 600,000 pallet positions of temperature-controlled capacity and a presence across six European countries.

Constellation is a portfolio company of Arcus Infrastructure Partners (“Arcus”), an independent fund manager with significant experience in European infrastructure investments.
