Ireland /10 September 2025Coming Up: Constellation Cup 2025 in CorkFrom 12–14 September, more than 250 Constellation colleagues will gather in Cork, Ireland, for the third annual Constellation Cup. With 17 teams set to compete, the tournament has quickly become one of the most anticipated events in our calendar – a celebration of sport, connection, and the collaborative culture that makes Constellation unique. The Constellation Cup began in 2023 as a one-off event to bring colleagues together outside the workplace. Its impact was immediate. The enthusiasm, camaraderie, and sense of unity it created secured its place as a permanent fixture. Now entering its third year, it continues to grow as a cornerstone of how we invest in our people and our culture. As Constellation expands across Europe, maintaining strong bonds between colleagues is vital. The Cup plays an important role in building those relationships. By connecting people from different clusters, functions, and countries, it creates networks that strengthen the whole organisation. Those connections go beyond the football pitch. They make colleagues more likely to share knowledge, reach out for support, and collaborate across borders. For customers, that translates into faster responses, smoother operations, and the reassurance that they are supported by a business that acts as one.Building on past successLast year’s Constellation Cup showed just how powerful this format can be. Colleagues praised the organisation, hospitality, and opportunities to meet new people. One participant from the Norway team summed it up:“The event was exceptionally well-organized and fostered teamwork, friendly competition, and camaraderie. The day’s activities were followed by a fantastic evening filled with laughter, music, and unforgettable moments shared with colleagues from across the organisation.”This year’s Cup will build on that foundation, with even more participants coming together to strengthen connections across the business.Strengthening our service through cultureThe Constellation Cup is more than a cultural highlight. It is an investment in the way we work. By giving colleagues the chance to build relationships beyond their immediate teams, it creates the informal networks that make us agile and resilient. When a customer has a sudden need, colleagues who know each other personally can mobilise support quickly across clusters. When one site pioneers a new process, those connections help share learning across the network. This is how we deliver consistent service – whether in Grimsby, Aarhus, or Mouscron.Organised by colleagues, for colleaguesThe Cup is only possible because of the dedication of those working behind the scenes. Special thanks go to cluster champions Vicky Stonehouse, Niki Eerlings, Anne-Philippe Hospied, and Betina Vinding, along with special thanks to Graham Donovan from the Cork team who has been the lead organiser. Their efforts reflect the initiative and collaboration that define our culture – and ensure the event continues to thrive.Looking aheadThe Constellation Cup is not just about football. It is about strengthening our culture, reinforcing our values, and celebrating what makes Constellation different. By investing in events like this, we ensure that our colleagues feel connected, supported, and inspired – and our customers benefit from the service that only a truly unified team can deliver. We look forward to welcoming our colleagues to Cork for another unforgettable Constellation Cup.Contact UsPhoto credits: Hendrik van WinkoopPost navigationSharing What Works: How Constellation Turns Local Success into Network-Wide Wins for Our CustomersConstellation Cup 2025: Uniting Our Teams in Cork
