Expanding Cold Logistics Capacity in Gothenburg

We’re pleased to announce the development of a new cold storage facility in Gothenburg, Sweden – a major step in expanding our presence in the Nordics and addressing the growing demand for high-quality temperature-controlled capacity in the region.

We are progressing with the construction of an 11,500 sqm facility that will deliver approximately 38,000 pallet positions, increasing our total capacity in Sweden to more than 47,000 pallet positions. This investment supports both existing customer growth and new demand in a market where cold storage capacity remains constrained. The site is targeting BREEAM Excellent certification, reflecting our commitment to delivering sustainable, energy-efficient infrastructure. The facility is also being designed to provide efficient, future-proof operations, aligned with evolving cold chain requirements.

Strategically located near key ports and major transport routes, our Gothenburg facilities offer more than just well-positioned storage, they provide an integrated cold chain logistics solution through our own temperature-controlled transport network, seamlessly connecting customers and suppliers across Sweden. This enables us to deliver tailored solutions that meet specific transport requirements while optimising the wider network.

The site also offers a full range of services, Frozen, Chilled and Ambient storage, with capacity to support a range of value added services for our adapting client needs.
