/ 22 October 2025 Q4 2025: A Company-Wide Update from Carlos Rodriguez, CEO As we move into the final quarter of 2025, Constellation Cold Logistics is entering the next phase of our journey with strong forward momentum. The groundwork laid earlier this year – from infrastructure expansion to governance and leadership – is already creating tangible results for our customers and teams across Europe. We recognise, however, that this progress comes at a time when many of our customers are facing challenging market conditions. Across our business, we remain focused on working in partnership with them to navigate this volatility – providing stability, flexibility, and trusted support. At every stage, our progress has been guided by the same principle we set out in the first half of the year: putting customer service at the centre of every decision. Whether through major site expansions, investment in automation, or the rollout of new value-added services, each development has been designed to strengthen reliability, flexibility, and the tailored service that our customers expect across our pan-European network. That same focus – on supporting our customers through both growth and challenge – is what continues to define our success. Our ambition remains the same: to be Europe’s most trusted logistics partner. That trust is built on action. That’s why in this update, I want to hand over to our regional leaders to share progress directly from their clusters – UK & Ireland, Nordics, and BENEFR. Their updates highlight the scale of what’s been achieved, and the ambition that drives us into 2026 and beyond. UK & Ireland – Thomas Hughes, MD This year has been defined by delivery. In Grimsby, the expansion of our seafood hub went live this autumn. This project, designed and executed by Constellation’s Group Development team, added 36,000 pallet positions to the site, reinforcing our role as a key partner for one of the UK’s most vital supply chains. Our focus now is on ensuring this new capacity delivers long-term value for our customers, particularly those managing increased demand and cost pressures across the food industry. Elsewhere, we are continuing to strengthen our leadership and engineering teams across the UK and Ireland, preparing our operations for the next phase of investment and innovation. By building resilience and capacity in the right areas, we’re ensuring our network can respond quickly to customer needs and market change. Some development projects remain in planning, and we will communicate further once approvals are in place. The progress made this year is the foundation for even greater things as we look forward to next year. Nordics – Jan Nielsen, MD The Nordics continue to make steady progress. In Denmark, construction is underway on our new Aarhus facility, which will add significant capacity by early 2027 and expand our ability to serve customers with increased efficiency and reliability. Our teams are also advancing trials of AI-powered energy management systems in Denmark and Norway, which are already helping us lower emissions and optimise efficiency. These initiatives are particularly valuable at a time when many customers are seeking ways to manage both operational and environmental costs. We continue to take a measured approach to new development opportunities across the region, ensuring every investment is aligned with customer needs and long-term sustainability. BENEFR – Geert Liefhooghe, MD In the BENEFR region, our focus is on professionalising operations while maintaining the flexibility our customers rely on. In Belgium, our automated high-bay warehouses in Mouscron continue to demonstrate industry-leading efficiency, supported by a strong pipeline of future automation and processing investments. In the Netherlands, the 18,500-pallet expansion at Nijkerk has set a new benchmark for sustainable construction, with learnings now being shared across the network. We have also expanded our range of value-added services – from repacking to shrink-wrapping – helping customers simplify cross-border supply chains and respond to changing market dynamics. Our teams are working closely with customers to manage volatility across the region, ensuring that service reliability and communication remain consistent even in more challenging trading environments. We continue to embed a culture of safety, quality, and ‘One Team’ collaboration that underpins everything we do. Looking Ahead to 2026 – Carlos Rodriguez, CEO Across every cluster, Constellation continues to make steady progress, even as market conditions remain demanding. We recognise that the trading environment remains challenging, and our focus in the months ahead is to support customers through this period with stability, transparency, and partnership. Our priority is integration and execution – bringing together the innovations, systems, and expertise that make our cold chain smarter and more resilient. A key focus now is ensuring these developments connect across our network – from automated warehouses and AI-powered energy systems to new value-added services. Each step is guided by our service blueprint: putting customer needs at the centre of every decision and building trust through action. As we enter Q4 and look to 2026, our ambition is clear: to deepen collaboration with our customers, accelerate innovation where it delivers measurable value, and continue setting new benchmarks for sustainability and service across Europe. Thank you to all our customers and partners for their continued trust and collaboration.
