Constellation Cold Logistics to expand in Denmark with strategic acquisition in Køge

London, UK – 7 November 2025 – Constellation Cold Logistics, leading cold-storage and temperature-controlled logistics provider, today announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire the main cold store of JN-Spedition East located in Køge, Denmark.

Through this partnership, Constellation further strengthens its leadership position in the Danish market, adding 20,000 pallet positions on the east coast of Zealand, around 40 km south of Copenhagen. This strategic expansion enhances the company’s footprint and providing access to JN-Spedition East Spedition’s strong logistics expertise and established customer relationships.

JN-Spedition is one of Denmark’s leading freight forwarding companies specialising in the storage and transportation of temperature-controlled food. With dedicated teams in Herning and Køge, the company brings years of experience in supporting customers’ supply chain with all types of solutions, including domestic transport, cargo services, packing and international distribution.
