Constellation Cold Logistics Establishes Advisory Board with Four Key Appointments

Nils S. Andersen brings a wealth of leadership and logistics industry experience. He has held previous positions as Group CEO of A.P. Moller-Maersk A/S and President and Group CEO of Carlsberg A/S. He currently serves as Chair of ASML and Scan Global Logistics, with previous chair positions at Unilever, AkzoNobel, Salling Group, Worldwide Flight Services, Faerch Group, and Unifeeder.

Martin Bocklage has extensive expertise in logistics, as well as in business transformation and leadership of international teams. He has held senior positions in leading European companies, including his current role as an authorized signatory at ASTRA Holding GmbH, Munich. Previously, he was Managing Director at Tönnies Group, a market leader in the European meat industry.

Antje Schubert brings deep expertise in commercial strategy, M&A, ESG and business transformation. She was recently Executive President at Nomad Foods, and previously held senior positions at Kraft, Reckitt Benckiser, and Danone, bringing significant food and consumer goods experience to the team. With a proven track record of driving performance through culture and high-performing teams, she currently serves on the advisory boards of Katjes International and Ravensburger AG.

David Stuver brings 35 years of experience in business transformation, global scaling, infrastructure deployment and M&A. He has held several senior positions within Americold including leading the international business unit and the global commercial and development organizations. He has also held leadership roles at SUPERVALU and PepsiCo.
