Constellation Cold Logistics Announces Rebranding of Agri-Norcold as Constellation Cold Logistics Denmark

Constellation Cold Logistics (“Constellation” or the “Company”), a leading European cold storage and logistics provider, is delighted to announce the rebranding of Agri-Norcold to Constellation Cold Logistics Denmark A/S (“Constellation Denmark”).

Agri-Norcold, acquired by Constellation in August 2024, has been a prominent player in Denmark’s cold storage industry since its founding in 1964 in Hobro by Gunnar Nordstrøm. This rebranding reflects Constellation’s commitment to unifying operations under one cohesive organization with a shared vision of delivering cold logistics excellence and leveraging local market expertise across Europe.
