Glacio – Göteborgs Frysehus acquisition

The Glacio Group has acquired the shares in Göteborgs Frysehus from Icemen Groupe, effective from 1^st January 2021.

The transaction marks two important milestones for Glacio as this is Glacio’s first acquisition, and Glacio’s first venture into the Swedish market.

Henrik Hellgren moves from the position of Vice President to CEO in Göteborgs Fryshus. Joakim Krantz will continue as CFO and Jimmy Nydén and Branko Majnovic as site managers.
