/17 December 2025One Team in Action: How Constellation’s Colleagues Came Together in 2025As 2025 draws to a close at Constellation, we’re proud to reflect on the moments that brought our teams together. From site-led celebrations and charity initiatives to team meals, sporting events, and family days, colleagues across the business continued to work as One Team – supporting one another, recognising shared achievements, and building strong connections that strengthen our network and help us deliver a better service for our customers. These moments reflect the values that shape how we work every day – trust, entrepreneurship, a shared commitment to excellence, and our One Team spirit. Whether in the warehouse, the office, or on the road, our colleagues consistently show what it truly means to work together. Here’s a look back at some of the events that brought our teams together in 2025.Across our networkIn the NordicsIn the UK & IrelandIn Belgium, the Netherlands, & FranceClosing 2025 as One TeamAcross our networkWe came together in Cork for the Constellation cupOne of the standout moments of the year was the Constellation Cup in Cork, which brought teams together from across Europe for one of the most anticipated events in our calendar. Over several days, colleagues connected on and off the pitch, building relationships that went beyond competition. The Cup created space for collaboration, shared experiences, and conversations between teams who don’t always work side by side – strengthening the sense of connection that underpins how we operate as one team across the network. We raised money for men’s health in MovemberBefore……and after! In November, teams across Constellation came together to support Movember, raising awareness and funds for men’s mental health, suicide prevention, prostate cancer, and testicular cancer. Thanks to the commitment of colleagues across the network, we exceeded our fundraising target. Through a range of activities – from growing moustaches to movement challenges and awareness initiatives – teams showed real support for an important cause and for one another. Thank you to everyone who took part and helped make this year’s campaign a success. We supported Save the Children through Christmas Jumper DayTo close the year on a festive note, our colleagues took part in Save the Children’s Christmas Jumper Day 2025 on Thursday, 11 December.Teams across our sites wore their brightest Christmas jumpers, each contributing £5 to support the charity’s work. The day added colour and energy to our operations while helping make a positive difference for children in need.In the NordicsSweden and Norway celebrated summerThis year marked the fourth joint summer gathering for our Swedish and Norwegian teams. Held on 14 June 2025 at the Våler Activity Center in Østfold, the event brought together 10 colleagues from Sweden and around 50 from Norway for an afternoon and evening of shared activity. With a mix of competitive and social elements – including paintball, a mechanical rodeo, and a dedicated space to relax and connect – the day provided a valuable opportunity to strengthen relationships and collaboration across the Nordics.Denmark raised awareness with World Food Safety DayIn Denmark, teams marked World Food Safety Day with an awareness initiative across all sites. Colleagues took part in a short food safety quiz, with answers submitted by each team. Once all entries were received, 10 winners were announced – and the day was rounded off with cake to recognise everyone’s participation. In the UK & IrelandWe sponsored the Barnhurst Lane LionsIn Wolverhampton, Constellation sponsored the Barnhurst Lane Lions U8s football team, supporting grassroots sport and positive opportunities for young players. The team enjoyed a successful season, finishing with a tournament win hosted by Shrewsbury Town Football Club, reflecting strong teamwork and community spirit. The Grimsby team took a well-earned ice cream breakOn one of the hottest days of the summer, the Grimsby team enjoyed a welcome break with a visit from a local ice-cream van. With many colleagues working long hours in chilled environments, stepping into extreme heat – particularly in full cold-store gear – can be especially demanding. The ice-cream break was a simple but thoughtful way to give the team a boost, bring colleagues together, and enjoy a small seaside tradition that feels right at home in Grimsby.Teams took part in The Big Logistics Diversity ChallengeIn June, Constellation Cold Logistics took part in The Big Logistics Diversity Challenge, joining nearly 40 companies from across the logistics sector. The event brought teams together in a relaxed, inclusive setting to explore ways to improve diversity across the industry.Alongside collaboration, networking, and team-building activities, our team also came away with the top score in the axe-throwing challenge. Thank you to everyone who took part and represented Constellation on the day.We co-hosted the Women in Cold Chain event in LeedsThis summer, Constellation co-hosted the third Women in Cold Chain event in Leeds, bringing together more than 60 professionals from across the cold chain for a day of discussion and shared learning. The event provided an opportunity to exchange experiences, explore challenges facing the sector, and highlight the importance of creating inclusive workplaces that support long-term success. In Belgium, the Netherlands, & FranceVal de Meuse enjoyed a team mealIn April, the Val de Meuse team in France came together for the second edition of their quarterly team meal. With almost the entire team in attendance, it was a great opportunity to step away from day-to-day operations, strengthen connections, and enjoy time together in a relaxed setting. Moments like these play an important role in reinforcing our team spirit and fostering collaboration, helping us continue to work effectively together throughout the year. Gildenstraat turned a one-day closure into a team effortRecent renovation work around Gildenstraat in the Netherlands, where several of our sites are located, temporarily restricted access to the area. While our Gezellenstraat site in Nijkerk remained accessible, the Gildenstraat sites were closed for one day. Rather than losing a day, teams used the opportunity to work together on tasks that are often hard to schedule during normal operations – including tidying, cleaning, pallet scanning, and clearing outstanding jobs. Everyone pitched in.The day ended with a shared drink, creating a rare moment to come together despite typically staggered schedules. It was a practical and unifying day, reflecting our team spirit even in challenging circumstances.Lommel hosted its first Family DayIn June, our Lommel site hosted its very first Family Day. Families of our team members had the opportunity to explore behind the scenes of our operations and see how we make a difference together every day. Alongside guided tours, colleagues and their families took part in a range of activities, from a logistics-themed obstacle course to bouncy castles and water games for younger guests. A big thank you to everyone who took part in this sunny, welcoming event and helped make it such a success.Closing 2025 as One Team Alongside these celebrations, 2025 has been a year of meaningful progress for Constellation Cold Logistics. We expanded our network, strengthened our operations, advanced our sustainability efforts, and welcomed new colleagues through key acquisitions. Each milestone reflects the commitment, expertise, and teamwork shown across the business.None of this would have been possible without our people. Thank you to every colleague across Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Germany, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Ireland, and the UK for your hard work, resilience, and professionalism throughout the year. Your contribution is what makes Constellation a trusted partner for our customers across Europe. As we look ahead, we do so with the same focus on collaboration, ambition, and working as one team. We look forward to continuing our journey together in the year ahead, and wish all our colleagues a healthy, safe, and successful new year.Post navigationConstellation’s 2025: The Acquisitions, Expansions and Milestones That Shaped Our Year – Carlos Rodriguez, CEOConstellation’s Vision for 2026 – Carlos Rodriguez, CEO
