We are currently looking for a WMS Support Engineer with a strong interest in IT within logistics, WMS systems and application support.

Location: Lommel and prepared to travel to other Constellation Cold Logistics locations after your training period.

Main responsibilities :

As a WMS Support Engineer for the Constellation group, you will be responsible for first and second line tickets for users across our sites in Belgium, Netherlands, France, UK and other countries when needed.

• Act as first and second line IT support for our WMS
• Respond to all incoming helpdesk tickets through our service desk, ensuring they are carefully logged, assigned, and answered
• Building and maintaining the Knowledge Management System within the helpdesk
• Analyze user needs and translate them into practical improvements
• Maintain and optimize our WMS configuration, data and reporting
• Organizing training sessions, developing procedures and manuals to support end-users
• Assisting in optimization of information flows and used applications
• Active participation in implementation of various projects

The ideal candidate will have:

• Working and thinking level of Bachelor's degree, preferably in ICT & Automation
• A strong interest in WMS, logistics IT, and application support
• Proficient in Office 365, basic knowledge of Azure
• Fluent communication skills in Dutch and English. French is a plus
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work independently and show initiative
• Capable to work under pressure and deliver to deadlines
